Above fees are inclusive of 18% GST.

* Free entry to all sessions of the conference. With one registration fee the registrant can present up to One accepted papers as one of the authors.

** Registration will be Closed after 30th November 2023.

For an accepted paper to be published in the Proceedings of ICPCCE-2023, at least one of the authors for the accepted paper must have registered and presented the paper in the conference.

Authors’ Registration

Step 1: Find out the Registration fee as per your category. Transfer the requisite fee through ONLINE. Bank details can be found at the End of this document. While transferring the amount, in the remarks column please mention ICPCCE_PaperID. Note down UTR number, date of transaction. Keep a PDF copy of the payment receipt.

Step 2: Keep the below document ready before registration

  1. For Non-Student Presenter Registration

    1. ID Proof (Govt. ID/ Institutional ID/ Industry ID) (PDF or Jpeg Format)

    2. Passport Photograph (Jpeg Format with Good Resolution)

    3. PDF copy of payment receipt

  2. For Student Presenter Registration

    1. ID Proof (Any Govt. ID) (PDF or Jpeg Format)

    2. Valid Student ID (PDF or Jpeg Format)

    3. Passport Photograph (Jpeg Format with Good Resolution)

    4. PDF copy of payment receipt

Conference registration includes the following digital materials and services:

  • Registration Kit

  • Participation certificates

  • Conference proceeding (Abstract)

  • Name badge

  • Receipt

  • Lunch on both days

  • Gala dinner

Mode of Payment (NEFT/RTGS/Bank Transfer Using Phonepe/Gpay etc..)

Please do mention ICPCCE_PaperID in the remarks in case of online transfer and provide the transaction details during registration. If you have any questions related to the conference please write to us ICPCCE@iitbbs.ac.in.

 

Important Note:

  • Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant

  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Registrants availing registration under Student category MUST have a valid Student ID Card.

  • Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration

  • Please note that ICPCEE 2023, or its host, represented by the Organizing Committee, will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions
